We believe excellent customer service should be recognised. So if a member of our staff team has exceeded your expectations, let us know. It’s great for them to hear that you value their hard work, plus it’s great for us to know who the stars are at Watoto Pre-School, so we can celebrate them! 

 

Unhappy: 

We’re passionate about providing high quality early education and childcare for each individual child, but as we’re only human, we sometimes get it wrong. If we’ve let you down, please give us the opportunity to put it right. Tell us more so we can investigate and address your concerns and respond to you personally.
